TERMS OF SERVICE
ShiftCabin sells gear for rideshare, delivery, and high-mileage drivers. By ordering from this store you agree to these terms. Questions: email orbitskinpro@gmail.com - we reply within 1 business day.

Orders and payment
Prices are in USD. Payment is due at checkout through the payment methods offered on this store. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurs.

Product information
We publish the specifications we verify. If a camera records 2K, the page says 2K. Comfort products such as seat cushions are comfort aids, not medical devices, and make no medical claims. Air purifiers reduce common cabin odors; they are not health devices.

Recording notice
Dash cameras record video and, where enabled, audio. Recording consent laws vary by state, and rideshare and delivery platforms have their own recording policies. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws and platform rules that apply to you, and for using the included "Recording in progress" notice.

Warranty and returns
Electronics carry a 1-year hardware replacement warranty from delivery, as described on our Warranty page. Returns follow our Returns and Road Test Guarantee: 30 days from delivery.

Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
